A challenge forces us to live outside our typical limitations. At LGN Boot camp we want you to reach your greatest health potential, and to do that you have to take the challenge. We will help you establish a smart goal that is within your reach and give you the ammunition needed to achieve that goal.

Nutrition

Working out is great, but 80% of your results come from nutritional changes. Almost every disease can be completely cured or managed through proper nutrition. At LGN we coach you in: healthy nutrition habits, minimizing chemical impact, and healthy whole food eating. We do grocery store tours and check your food logs each week to make sure you are on track.

Training

The LGN core program includes four one hour group training sessions each week. These sessions maximize your strength gain, increase flexibility and balance all the while torching away calories. During the one hour training session we combine cardio and strength movements in intervals that provide proven results.
