When I enrolled in boot camp, I weighed 297 lbs and was completely out of shape. I was unable to do one push-up or run even for one full minute. The trainers put me through extremely intense workouts and encouraged me every single time we worked out. After completing one session of boot camp, I got the results I was looking for: I lost 44 lbs and was able to do 27 push-ups.

When I started boot camp I was about 310 lbs. The program provided accountability for me to stick to my weekly goals and weight loss targets. By the end of my 3rd boot camp I weighed 230lbs.

I've always considered myself "active" even athletic. And in spite of my weight I could still do just about anything...but upon turning 50 I noticed that my knees and back were not as agile as they used to be....and I realized I had to do something. So at 56 I got "active" and strong again. I took three 12 week sessions of Sara's boot camp and lost a total of 48 lbs. I continue to work out on a daily basis.
