When I enrolled in boot camp, I weighed 297 lbs and was completely out of shape. I was
unable to do one push-up or run even for one full minute. The trainers put me through
extremely intense workouts and encouraged me every single time we worked out. After completing
one session of boot camp, I got the results I was looking for: I lost 44 lbs and was able
to do 27 push-ups.
