When you become a boot camper you will: learn to eat healthy, reduce stress, make friends, gain
strength, lose fat, and have fun along the way. Click on the boot camp locations tab to find the

Current Boot Campers
Welcome! Congratulations on taking the first step towards a new you. The next 10 weeks will be challenging,
motivating, and life changing – are you ready?
We will meet with you a few days before the course kick off to do a full initial assessment
including: weight, body fat, circumference measurements, flexibility, VO2 Max test, and a
before picture. At the assessment you will also meet others who will join you in your journey,
as well as learn how to start making the changes necessary to hit your goals.
During the 10 weeks, a certified personal trainer will guide you through a one hour workout
Monday – Thursday and two optional Saturday per month. You will do a combination of strength
and cardiovascular training both indoors and out (weather permitting). Your trainers are
available to help you in any way you need.
You’ll use the website on a regular basis to connect with trainers and other participants. You
will also find educational webinars, recipes, and nutrition guidance. Just create your free
